New typographic style
An ad came on the telly for Sucker Punch. It’s solidified in my mind that there’s a new typographic style about - sort of gothic/steampunk/psychedelic/80s goth.
It’s somewhere between blackletter, art nouveau and psychedelic typography. Examples and possible influences below (an awful lot from the Brothers Quay’s animations title pieces).
